Advent and Christmas Music - Sun 21 Dec
There will be a Service of Carols and Candles on Sunday, 21 December at
6.30 pm in Kirkhill Church. This will be a service of Advent and
Christmas music, a selection of solos and trios, with several pieces by
the “Festival Choir” of the two churches, plus carols by
the congregation. We are still recruiting membbers for this one-off
musical evening. Singers are most welcome from either church. Crown
Church, Inverness, has been invited to worship with us that evening as
our guests. Mince pies and Wassail will be served as refreshments
following the service. If you are willing to
participate in this one-off event, speak to Mary Robb in Kirkhill or
to Willis at Kiltarlity.

Can
you Help Please?
Maris
Elkin at Kirkhill is looking for volunteers to join her in church
cleaning duties, with a view to setting up a church cleaning
rota.
This would not necessarily be a commitment for every week and a fair
amount of flexibility as to times / days would be possible.
Anyone
interested, please contact Maris direct, either in person or on
telephone number 831590, for more information.

Didache
2
Didache
sessions on Thursday at the manse at 7.30 pm and on Saturday at
Kiltarlity Church at 10.30 am are continuing. If you have
questions, problems, insights that you have gleaned from the Bible
readings for the week, join us at either of these sessions to explore
what the Bible, God’s love letter to you, is
saying.
We’ll see you there.
Each Sunday’s theme in the prayers, readings, hymns and
sermon will centre on what you have read during the week.
